Refund policy

At Silent Boss, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our return guidelines below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns on:
    • Opened or used items (if internal seal is violated)
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Gift cards


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at silentbosspedals@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  4. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved.
  • Duties and import taxes are not refundable as they're a requirement of entry in some countries.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged from the manufacturer, not applicable if the damage was caused by the misuse of the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right immediately.
