  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • For Pre-orders, orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Transit times will vary depending on your location and the release times by your country's customs. 

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
  • Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

  • Duties and import taxes are fees charged when goods cross international borders.

  • Why they're charged? They're required by the destination country's customs authorities.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Silent Boss is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered packages due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Missing apartment/suite numbers
  • Unpaid duties and import taxes resulting in the return of the item.
  • In some countries, for example Mexico an RFC number is required for delivery; packages may be held in customs if not provided at the time of your purchase before check out.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Silent Boss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
